Second Chance Kennels

Our Second Chance Kennels program is in full swing! Check out this amazing program! Second Chance Kennels is the only program of its kind located in the state of Louisiana, that pairs juvenile offenders with animals.

We are dedicated to the welfare of all animals because of their intrinsic value and rights. Our primary purpose is the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, the extension of humane education, and the provision of shelter based services.
